Our organization is involved in community outreach and events to support the needy.
Education
Edo Global Royal Art and Culture is an Ambassador that plays a big role as an advocate to raise awareness about the importance of community workforce planning and the benefits it can bring to the industry or job sector implementing a methodology that will help identify the gaps that will need to be addressed and closed. This will include attending industry events and networking opportunities to learn about the new development and whatever opportunities are within the community.
We will participate in the planning process by finding the industries that are growing and expanding and identify the jobs that are high in demand, plus attending meetings that will provide input on the workforce of the industry sector.
Our Organization shall conduct surveys in the community and gather data about their workforce in order to identify needs and strategy they see can be taken to implement growth. We shall also offer mentorships sessions that will offer guidance to the individuals participants within the initiative.
Awareness
To share our expertise by creating workshops and webinars that provide Topics on Workforce Development, uniting and connecting with other organizations within the industry or our industry sector encouraging them to get involved.
Leadership
We believe these steps will help identify opportunities for new job opportunities, and this will in place reduce joblessness in the community and this will address one of the Regional priorities.
